This is the process we will follow to install your office air conditioning:
- We complete a free site survey, if required, allowing us to give an accurate quote
- Once you accept the quote, you pay a deposit so we can order units and materials
- We agree access with you and schedule in the installation
- We work alongside other contractors if required, preparing for installation
- We carry out the installation and complete the commissioning of your new system
- If required, we can responsibly dispose of any old units for you
- Our after-care team will get in touch to make sure you are happy with the service
We work safely at all times and clear up along the way, making sure technology like PCs and servers are covered and protected.
For your safety and that of everyone using your premises, we work within the requirements set out by F-Gas regulations and the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. We also have our own health and safety policy and complete risk assessment reports and method statements for every installation. We have public liability, employers’ and product liability insurance in place.

We can also offer you air conditioning maintenance services for your office units, whether we have installed them or not. We will respond to call outs if your units are malfunctioning, or we can complete regular servicing to keep all units working at their optimum capacity. This will save you money on repairs and will prevent downtime, keeping your air conditioning and heating units working all year round. If you ever need us in an emergency, we’ll respond to your call out quickly.
