How did we meet the client’s
air conditioning requirements?
We were initially called out by Gentle Dental Care to repair some existing air conditioning units. They were very happy with the service we provided, so this led on to an additional contract with them. We worked in various locations, installing and maintaining units across several dental surgeries – the work is still ongoing and we are completing a larger installation.

We established the client’s requirements by assessing their air conditioning units and giving professional advice.
It was important to the client that we worked around their busy practice. We fitted in the work at times convenient for them and worked flexibly around their busy appointment schedule. We also worked with electricians to complete the work, booking in trusted tradespeople and project managing the installation for the client.
We chose to install cassette and high wall mount air conditioning units from Panasonic. These types of units offer excellent value for money, and when installed by us, will have a long warranty of seven years.
